Research shows successful leaders have boundaries of steel. In this 5-hour workshop, we will explore what boundary-setting looks like so you can begin working from a place of integrity while extending the most generous interpretations of the intentions, words, and actions of others.
The method of boundary setting is called BIG. BIG stands for Boundaries, Integrity, and Generosity. Boundary-setting is how we keep our self-respect and dignity intact.
In addition, you will receive a 60-minute, one-on-one coaching session with Anita to unearth your personal boundary hurdle/s.

This workshop takes a closer look at the anatomy of trust, so we can communicate clearly what's not working and ask for what we need, in service of keeping our connections intact. We'll also explore what gets in the way of self-trust and strategies to build strength in this area.

We offload them onto others, which causes a rift in both our personal and our professional relationships! The opposite of offloading is the integration of thoughts, emotions, and feelings.
In this three-hour workshop we explore the barriers to reckoning with emotion, and strategies to identify, understand, and respond to emotions in oneself and others in a healthy manner. These strategies are the foundation for emotional resilience, giving you the psychological strength to cope with stress and recover from a fall, instead of falling apart.
